 To prepare agreements and contracts with vendors and other stakeholders
 To maintain a database of all raw materials’ cost
 To receive follow up & check-balance between factory & Suppliers

Planning:
 To analyze and plan to establish supply requirements
 To review demand forecasts with the marketing team and manufacturing schedules with the production management team for demand planning through forecasting & diverting demands towards intended goals
 To ensure that all essential supplies are available when needed so that the company can meet market requirements
 To control costs & to minimize unnecessary stock collaborate with members of the supply chain to find ways of improving efficiency or reducing costs

Performance Monitoring:
 To establish metrics to assess factors such as quality, cost and delivery performance of suppliers for Vendor management through supplier rating & technical support

Communication:
 To develop a effective communication processes to respond quickly when market conditions change
 To Provide supply chain members with essential market and production information to help them plan their own production schedules
 To collect & analyze market data for better forecasting

Relationships:
 To build mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers so that the entire supply chain works in a cooperative way
