Conduct audit to ISO 9001:2015 certified company to verify implementation of QMS ISO 9001:2015, customer standard, regulatory and statutory requirements to many industries such as Automotive, Metal Production, Plastic Production, Rubber Production, Chemical Production, Toys Production, Product Assembly Production for example Astra Daihatsu Motor, Excel Metal Industry, Kansai Paint, Sumitomo Wiring, Great Giant Food, supernova Flexible Packaging, ABB Power Grids, Denso Indonesia, Komatsu and many more.
Responsible to manage quality to Rehau products such as daily inspection, customer claim, in line defects, user claim, internal quality audit, external audit.
Reporting KPI achievement of Rehau products to Rehau Regional Quality Management Team and BOD.
Responsible for internal audit conducted by Rehau worldwide and external audit from customer and third party organization.
Also responsible to monitor and reporting the implementation of Environmental Management System and its application in Rehau Factory.

Quality Assurance and ISO/TS 16949 Supervisor
Main Responsible:
1. Manage and conduct internal audit to verify the implementation of QMS ISO/TS 16949.
2. ISO/TS 16949 implementation, Surveillance audit and Re-certification audit by SGS.
3. Handling Customer audit mostly from Car Maker (Toyota, Daihatsu, Honda, Hino, etc) and automotive customer.
4. Handling and controlling Field Part (Warranty) Claim including investigating and reporting to customers worldwide, reporting the warranty condition to BOD and Headquarter.
5. Manage and control calibration and verification to all manufacturing and laboratory measuring and testing devices.
6. As a leader for EDER (Early Detection Early Resolution) team of Asmo’s product supplied to Toyota especially for Toyota new project by quick response, quick detection, quick investigation and quick corrective and preventive action.
7. Handling and controlling process change regarding additional manufacturing line, material source change, material change, process change, etc, negotiating with customer for approval and fulfill the PPAP requirements for process change and also promoting localization part activity to Car Maker as a step for cost reduce activity that required by Car Maker also to support company policy to survive due to increasing cost of production.
8. Conduct supplier audit as one of new project and process requirements, monitoring its preparation prior to Mass Production, e.g.: PT. Tsukasa Manufacturing Indonesia, PT. Cikarang Perkasa Manufacturing, PT. Kawashima Engineering Plastic Indonesia, PT. Kiyokuni Blowmolding Indonesia, BMC (Korea), PT. Neomax Indonesia, PT. Taehang Indonesia, PT. Enplas Indonesia, PT. YTK Indonesia, PT. NSK Indonesia, QST Corp International (Taiwan), Spring Profit (Taiwan) and many more.
9. Handling and control QCC & TQM Activity to promote improvement of productivity and quality, controlling its process from the start until Top Convention, also to promote QC activity step by step leveling up by participating in Denso & Toyota QCC Activity.
10. As a part of SQL (Supplier Quality Level up) Team, to promote improvement and develop quality system improvement to have increasing level of quality that supplied to ASMO.
11. As an auditor for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18000.
12. Develop Quality System for PT. ASMO Indonesia 2nd Plant to have ISO/TS 16949 certification.
13. Develop Quality system for Asmo Myanmar Co. Ltd.
14. Establish, develop and control Quality System Procedures, SOP, Work Instruction for creating Lean Manufacturing through Quality Management System Implementation.
15. Head of Document Control.
16. Control ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18000 implementation in Quality Department.
