Manage and implement all the office tasks for the CEO (correspondences - agenda's - meetings - reports - etc.) to ensure delivering and receiving the messages on time with the right department and follow up on completion the task.
•Overseethe daily operations for the office and incoordination with the different departments to ensure the implementation of all business processes smoothly and on time.

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
•Designand implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
•Ownrecruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
•Buildand promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
•Presentsales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
•Identifyemerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
