Performed fiber splicing (mechanical and fusion) for both core and distribution networks, ensuring low-loss joints.
Installed and configured ONTs (Optical Network Terminals) and maintained connectivity from OLT to customer premises.
Conducted OTDR and Power Meter testing to verify link integrity, signal strength, and troubleshoot faults.
Assisted in laying underground and aerial fiber, handling drop cable terminations, patch panels, and PON splitters.
Maintained daily reporting, site documentation, and coordination with NOC and supervisors.
