1.Reviewing manufacturing record book (MRB) for riser assembly in accordance with bill of material requirements and raw material certificates such as MTR and NDT report for BOP forged components.
2.Review supplier submitted MPS’s per inspection plan requirements and industry standards.
3.Address MRB issues on the customer non-conformance report.
4.Assign appropriate inspection plans for goods receipt materials and review quality data’s in the material master and make changes with respect to material quality requirements.
5.Raise Non-Conformance reports for deviations against specifications and follow-up.
6.Checking bill of material requirements with vendor scope of supply and creating quality info records (QIR) in SAP.
7.Support internal audit team to plan the audit and close the NCR.
1.To study the drawing and prepare control plan & quality assurance plan for attending inspection.
2.Conduct day to day Quality related inspection activities.
3.Maintain the list of measuring equipments and traceability records from different labs.
4.Dimensional inspection for casting and finished parts of valve components.
5.Reporting the Non-confirming issues to manager and implement the corrective and preventive action.
6.Reviewing material test reports and Non Destructive Test reports with respect to material specification and international standards like ASTM, ISO etc.,
7.Performing Non- Destructive inspection (UT & PT) for incoming, inprocess & final stage products and Final painting inspection (DFT) for customer valves.
8.Witnessing of Hydrostatic and pneumatic test for assembled valves.
9.Participation in the development and supporting to internal and external audit.
