Headed the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of a range of Power Distribution Systems, HV/MV/LV networks, Protection Relays, Transformers, switchgears, Circuit Breakers, RMU’s, LVDB, UPS, Batteries, Capacitor banks, Generators, and ring main system associated with in 132/33/11/6.6/0.415KV substations. And Carried out Routine, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance, Repair and Testing, Isolation, Deisolation & Visual Inspection of Electrical Equipment’s associated with Substation’s
Key Achievements:
•Constantly collaborated with head office to complete progress reports and assessments.
•Attending and Witnessing of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test), Reviewing Schematic drawings and make Necessary Modifications.
•Commissioning & Maintenance of 132KV/33KV, 11KV & 6.6KV Protection relays, Smart Energy Meters as per Company Standards.
•Ensure Safety Procedures and Receiving and Returning Work Permits during Work (PTW- Permit Systems and LOTO).
•Maintenance of 132KV/33KV, 11KV&6.6KV Distribution Transformers, 33KV&11KV underground cables, and Hi-Pot Testing 33KV, 11KV underground Cables during replacement times.
•Provide Job Training for Foreman’s, Technician’s, UAE Nationality Employees and Contractor Staffs.
•Can able to Attend any kind of high voltage electrical side break downs in industries and to rectify in minimal time (O&M).
Lead maintenance and troubleshooting campaigns in Siemens and Fuji VFD master drives including SIMOVERT, SINAMICS, FRENIC VG5S, AFE, ALM, and switchgears and encoders. Utilize SIMATIC Manager to monitor Siemens S7 & S5, Fuji Micrex PLC’s and regularly service Quay cranes. Calibrate load measurement system (SOS & PAT DS120) and O&M for distribution transformers, circuit breakers and HV/MV/LV switch gears.
Key Achievements:
•Lead PPM, repair and modification works in Quay cranes, RMG’s and ERTG’s like festoon cable, drop cable replacement, service brake, emergency brake & gandry motor brake modifications, Unit-one encoders modification, AS-i to CAN bus Spreader system modification, Fire Suppression system (FM200) modification.
•Maintenance and troubleshooting in communication protocols like Profibus, profinet, drivecliq, fiber optics.
•Spearhead breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting in all kind of HV/MV/LV Switchgears Siemens drives, S7&S5, Fuji Micrex PLC’s, AS-I and CAN bus spreaders systems.
•Strategically plan and implement man-hour-utilization initiatives and manage material using CMMS Maximo.
Headed the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of a range of electrical equipment including transformers, circuit breakers (sf6 & vcb), control panels, 132 KV transmission lines, and switchyards and DCOH & SCOH overhead lines. Erected structures and power transformers while surveying HT & LT transmission lines. Coordinated with executives and managers to determine strengths and weaknesses of performance and implement necessary changes.

Oversaw all coordination for WTG erection and de-erection processes including pitching; tower, nacelle, and rotor erection; and termination. Lead WTG inspections in compliance with checklists and guidelines. Prepared progress reports and directed maintenance of materials and tools.
