An excellent communication skill and listening skill are the main quality of a customer service operator. This was mainly telephone banking where customers all over the U.K would call and we need to provide a good customer service by answering and solving their queries.

2010 to 2012: Masters in Biotechnology from University of East London, Stratford, London, UK Dissertation title - Characterization of various Adenosine deaminase cDNA clones using restriction enzyme mapping and gel electrophoresis. Mark obtained - 50% Modules studied - Applications of Bioinformatics, Commercial Biotechnology, and Biology of Diseases.
2005 to 2008: Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from M.S. Ramaiah College of Arts, Science and Commerce (Bangalore University), India Subjects studied- Biotechnology, Chemistry and Microbiology. Marks obtained - 68%.
2003 to 2005: Pre-University College (11th and 12th) from Christ College, Bangalore Subject studied- Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology. Marks obtained- Overall 55%
2002 to 2003: St- Claret School, Standard 10 (SSLC) Marks obtained- 75%
