-Handling high volume stores in Starbucks Kuwait .
- flowing up in the store in achieving the sales targets and the margin target .
-Ensuring that all the staff are working up to the company policy and procedures .
- Conducting self Audit for the store to check the compliance with the company audit rules
-budgeting and planning for the coming year budget for the stores,
- checking the P&L on monthly biases and make sure that we are achieving the required results .
-follow up with all the staff training to make sure that they are getting the proper training .
-making detalied store visit to all my stores every quarter to make sure that they are working up to standard, doing the proper coaching for them about any challanges they are facing in their stores .
