PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF A G+ 2-STOREY COTTAGE HOUSE .
Responsibilities at Work :-
Experience Such as Foundation structure, Steel structure, Substation, Underground structure, Pile foundation.
•Setting out of Layout..
•Execute Excavation work and pouring concrete.
•Execute all type of structure Works- Pile & Raft foundation, Beams, Columns, Slab, Staircase and Ramp Way.
•Execute all type of Architectural works- Brick, Plaster; Water proofing, Marble flooring, marble wall cladding, ID work, painting, Reflected Ceiling, House sump & drain.
•Inspect all the works(Structural and Architectural) and get approval from consultants .
•Propose alternative to resolve on-site technical issues.
•Quality control of concrete works & all civil and architectural works.
•Assist in the planning & sequence of the construction operations.
•Select and strategize allocation of work to sub-contractors.
•Study and cross checking of design and drawing of structural and Architectural.
•Prepare monthly productivity reports and daily progress report.
•Deliver risk assessments, technical files and other document required by safety legislation and producers.
•Inspect noise monitor and soil instrument result.

Responsibilities at Work :-
•Prepare the job Measurement.
•Prepare the weekly Report.
•Prepare the RTC Report.
•Apply the NCE.
•Prepare the Traffic Control Plan and Method of Statement.
•Procuring men & materials for the works and execution.
•Coordinate to Clients officers for site Issue.
•Attend the site meeting.
•Prepare the Estimation for all civil Engineering works.
•Monitoring quality of works and ensuring progress on schedule.
