Working with Trinity Holdings Group in capacity as Systems Engineer-IT. With prime responsibility as following.
Providing Help-Desk support for 13 group companies distributed over all 7 emirates.
Planning, designing, implementing and troubleshooting organization surveillance systems including NVR, DVR, IP Cameras, and CCTV.
Planning, designing, implementing and troubleshooting organization time attendance and door access systems (Server/Clients).
Planning, designing, implementing and troubleshooting organization Telephone system include of EPBX and IP and Analog Phones.
Planning, designing, implementing and troubleshooting organization Networking activity like Structural cabling/ Routers/ AP/ Controllers/ LAN/ WAN/ VPN.
Functional working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 7 & 8.1, Server 2012/2016). Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy fundamentals.
Coordinating with suppliers/vendors, getting Quotation, negotiating. Preparing comparison and forwarding management for approval.
Managing and maintaining the PO’s, Invoices, DO’s for further references and claiming warranties.
Create / Update Systems Documentation and Operations Standards / Procedures.

Installing, configuring and maintain servers and networks. Overseeing system performance and troubleshooting issues. Creating a backup and safeguarding the data if there are any hindrances. Performing system upgrades following new releases.
Planning, designing, implementing help-desk system for the Matrix Infosys.
Consulting clients to design and implement there IT infrastructure which include Networking, Windows Server, Printer, AP, Routers, Switch, Backup systems, and AV End point protection.
