• Responsible for the construction delivery of a £700m portfolio, consisting of two luxury hotels, two mountain observatories and a 340m tower being built at an altitude of 2, 400m.
• Managing the geotechnical investigation works, early excavation works including drill and blast activities, and creating access and hauls roads in a challenging environmental and geological mountainous area.
Directly responsible for the delivery of a £820m utilities portfolio, consisting of 65 major utility diversions, to enable and maintain the Phase 2a critical path. In 2022, delivered £39.5m of diversionary works against a plan of £40m.
Accountable for the delivery of the ‘delta junction’; a complex section of the project encompassing a high volume of structures, enabling works, major utility diversions and key project stakeholders, with a total value of circa $480M

Business Improvement Manager for Bechtels Middle East design execution unit in Dubai. I was responsible for the offices quality management program as well as to identify and implement business improvement opportunities.
Six Sigma Black Belt
Effecting process improvement throughout the project using Six Sigma and lean tools. Developed a simulation model that identified the potential to mitigate £12 Million of overspend within the £47 Million installation of 64 escalators. Awarded second place within Bechtel’s Infrastructure Global Business Unit Six Sigma awards. Facilitated the training and mentoring of Yellow Belt candidates.
Site Manager
£286 Million Whitechapel station development. Managed the delivery of the programme critical London Underground Temporary Ticket Hall that allowed the closure and refurbishment of the existing station. Significant interface with London Underground, using their associated standards and procedures. Coordinated with local authorities, external stakeholders and statutory undertakers.
Field Engineer - Whitechapel Station
Project Management within a NEC3 target cost contract. Oversaw the diaphragm wall construction of the station shaft; 45m in length and 42m in depth. Managed the protection of local assets through an Instrumentation and Monitoring programme. Facilitated compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations. Managed all Statutory Authorities public utility works and the innovations programme for Whitechapel Station.

Field Superintendent
Managed the delivery of two significant architectural fit-out packages, interior glazing and terrazzo flooring (£230 Million) within the Passenger Terminal Building (£2.25 Billion). Responsible for all associated safety, quality, technical, schedule and logistical issues and managed 4 direct reports. Specific responsibilities included procurement status reviews, resources and schedule reviews with seven subcontractors, resolution of technical and quality issues, review and approval of method statements and inspection and test plans, and composition of formal correspondence.
Assistant to Technical Manager
Assisted the Technical Manager in managing the resolution of all technical issues resulting from significant scope change and commercial variation (over £1.75 Billion). Analysed design changes for technical and commercial impact, reviewed all technical queries and led several procurement audits. Heavily involved in employee development and led the projects professional development group in addition to being a member of ICE Qatar. Managed the contract’s Behavioural Based Safety programme including the delivery of training material.
Highways Site Engineer
Site Engineer on the Airside/Landside highways package (£245 Million), managing the delivery of £11 Million of construction which included a major interchange, asphalt paving, roadside lighting and drainage in accordance with AASHTO standards.
Attended exchange programme for 4 months at Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, Barcelona, Spain
