Invoicing and Cost Controller of KAP5 Project and involved in the technical economic monitoring of the
project. Main tasks:
• Cost Control reports; Invoicing to client (Ministry of Interior MOI, Saudi Ministry of Interior);
Monthly Invoicing to the Client; Direct and Indirect personnel costs on KAP5 project.
• Cost Control procedures such as costs reporting (every 3 months), account and personnel
mobilization plan; cash flow; client cost plan; cost variance analysis; cost forecasting; budgeting;
weekly report to the Project Manager and the CFO.
Member of a team dedicated to the reorganization of the structure. We offered to our customer integrated services of BUSINESS CONSULTING, concerning risk management, assistance in
accounting advice for the administrative management and human resources .
Assisting and overseeing overall operations of the Department, working closely with the Unit’s
Direction;
• Responsibilities include testing the business’s performance, creating reports and understanding the
fundamental principles of operation for the local healthcare services; worked on ways of improving
above, implementing better report output.
