I have participated in the analysis and drafting of various legal documents, both in Italian and English, related to the internationalisation (especially in India) of companies.
I'm specialized in assisting:
i. Companies interested in internationalising their business in non-European countries, such as, in particular, India, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Brazil, etc. ii. Foreign companies interested in investing in Europe.
I'm involved in certain international corporate transactions and cross border Mergers and Acquisitions with a special focus on India.
Living in Delhi, I coordinate the firm's India activities.
As of Counsel of the leading Indian Law Firm Titus&Co., I'm advising European and Italian clients in all the aspects of the internationalisation process (setting up a new company, dispute resolution, negotiation activity on behalf of our clients etc.).
I also engage in business development activities with the main goal to improve the position of the Italian law firm on the Indian market. I'm taking care of the International development of Italian law firm through the analysis and study of the Indian market and its potential. I'm responsible to identify, define and implement a marketing strategy. I'm also involved in certain international corporate transactions and cross border Mergers and Acquisitions with a special focus on India.
I participate in many networking events organized by the Italian Embassy in New Delhi, Italian Trade commission and Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce, and many other cultural and social events promoted by various agencies and institutions
internship I worked on various projects involving information gathering from multi-sectors ranging from energy & environment technologies, agricultural machinery, animal husbandry, health&cosmetics, textiles & fashion, leather, automotive and mobility, ceramics, cement, aerospace, sustainable construction. I did an extensive search for the call of proposal that involves: European Union delegation, Indian state offering schemes for projects in agriculture, energy, sustainable material. This research involved the entire understanding of the Calls, their analysis and their adaptability. The search also extended to Indian institutions such as NSDC ( skill development-construction, agriculture and furniture sector and TADF (Technology fund). From the European side it included checking the Operative programs of the Italian regions. This also extended to short report making for the European companies.
Apart from the above, I worked for the regular activities of the Chamber.
Legal Research
The Course content includes extensively the Company Law covering all important doctrines and concepts, along with related Acts like SEBI and Societies Act. It also covers allied Commercial Laws on Industries, Labour, Contract, Competition, Arbitration, Consumer Protection and Environment. The Course is directed towards imparting expert knowledge of Corporate Laws, knowledge of all necessary business laws and also incorporates Management along with Accounts and Finance
