Job Duties
▪Conducted research for partners regarding intellectual property, business, and commercial litigation issues.
▪Administered intellectual property research for a foreign media company, exploring possibilities to set up a new media business in France.
▪Advised on the presentation of the claim and settlement negotiation.
▪Performed research and formalized findings for an independent corporate and contract lawyer.
▪Prepared memoranda before some major taxation litigations in the tax office.
▪Researched and drafted legal memoranda and briefs for personal injury claims, as well as received intake calls from potential clients and summarized their issues.
