• Manage and review all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL control, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
• Manage banking operations (including letter of credit and guarantees) and monitor the cash flow.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure that audits and reviews are carried out effectively include ISO9001:2015.
• Submit UAE quarterly VAT return and corporate tax return in Qatar.
• Prepare the payroll and HR related files (LOI, Contract, Payroll, WPS, etc.).

• Oversee the accounting of Switch-Made subsidiaries in France and Africa.
• Review and fill all legal documents.

Reporting, Performance Analysis

• Prepare a monthly performance review pack consolidating the group performance: P&L, BS, Credit Management and Cash flow position/forecast.
• Provide detailed comments/analysis to support the management decision process.
• Review, challenge and approve the projects profitability calculations presented to you in collaboration with the sales and supply chain departments (ensure maximization of margin).
• Act as the reference to other departments by providing tools, analysis and advises.
• Support in implementing and maintaining the new company ERP
