 Timely execution of Board Secretarial work: providing legal advice and guidance to the Board of Commissioners while being drafter and custodian of the minutes and resolutions of Board Meetings reflecting policy direction.
 Effectively advises the Commission on the effect of certain mergers and acquisitions in the Zambian economic setup, and the creation of a competitive and fair playing field for various economic players.
 Successful coordination of all legal and contract matters including legal/ commercial drafting and reviewing of documents, contracts and other legal instruments relating to the activities of the Commission, litigating and prosecuting matters for and on behalf of the Commission.
 Effectively participated in review and drafting of both substantive and subsidiary legislation; including the Constitution of Zambia (Amendment) Act No. 2 of 2016, as well as the proposed amendments to the Competition and Consumer Protection Act number 24 of 2010.
 Participated in the review of various laws including the Pensions and Insurance Act, the Business Review Regulatory Act, the Insolvency Act, The Banking and Financial Services Act, the Standards Act, the National Alcohol Policy Implementation Plan, and the Competition Policy.
 Timely attending to litigation as Legal Counsel for and on behalf of the Commission, prosecution of matters as DPP-appointed prosecutor under the Competition and Consumer Protection Act, and settlements through administrative settlements and alternative dispute resolution, as chief negotiator for the Commission.
 Currently effectively handling and superintending over more than 50 cases before the Competition and Consumer Protection Tribunal, the Subordinate Court, the High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court for Zambia.
 Part of the Government of the Republic of Zambia’s Technical Negotiating Committee on Industrial Participation and Protection Agreements (IPPA) under the Ministry of Commerce Trade and Industry (MCTI), where I have been part of the team that has negotiated and reviewed bilateral trade agreements between Zambia and Germany, Mauritius, Turkey, Canada, Botswana and the Japanese Government.
 Successfully participated in the review of the draft Regulations for the Common Market for East and Southern African (COMESA) Competition Appeals Board. I have actively participated in the domestication of the COMESA Competition Regulations and Rules.
 Actively involved in the ongoing crafting of the Protocol on Competition Policy under the African Continental Free Trade Agreement.
