• Schedule Management: identification of project deliverables, milestones, constraints, interdependencies and subsequent tracking against the project baseline.
• Contract administration: BOQ/ Customer PO reconciliations, tracking product status and site status, customer acceptance.
• Risk & Issues Management: Risk identification, Impact analysis and mitigation Plans.
• Financial Management: Orders & sales forecast, Billing & payments follow-up, cash flow forecasts, cost and margin management & accounts reconciliations
• Subcontractor Management: Acquisition, monitoring of performance, preparation of variation orders and approval of subcontractors invoices for works completed, accounts reconciliations and Payments follow-up.
• Resource Management: regular update on resource forecast based on project progress (people and materials).
• Project Reporting: Financial statements, Periodic Project progress reports, monthly steering committee reports.
• Project communication management: Preparation and distribution of project reports as outlined in the communications plan.
• Project Governance: Application of the methodologies, tools and processes.
• Project Planning: Preparation of the Project Management Plan.
• Logistic- Tracking of deliveries according to project schedule.
• In charge of Project documentation and securing confidential documentations.
• Support in organizing Project training courses.
• Prepare travel authorization and travel report expenses forms for the project team.
