 Seconded to dnata Cargo Operations Safety Team as BAPP Facilitator DXB Cargo. Successfully led a team of 18 Steering Committee Members and 95 Observers to drive Behavioral Accident Prevention Process (BAPP) implementation in all DXB dnata Cargo Freight Gates (2, 4, 5A, 5B and 6) which was a success..
 Conducted safety Observations in all DXB dnata Cargo Freight gates, ensuring safe behaviours are practiced in all workplaces, in line with S.O.P.s with the aim of accidents and incidents reduction.
 Conducted BAPP Training to Observers; joiners from various business departments and positions.
 Arranged and facilitated BAPP monthly Steering committee Meetings.
 Prepared Weekly safety Focus guidelines based on the current safety issues observed, and distribute to all SDMs and Shift supervisors to brief personnel in their shifts.
