Presales Activity:
1 . Customer Analysis:
Requirement gathering, Identify challenges, pain points, and business goals,
assessment of existing systems if any.
2. Technical Solution Design (High-level):
Design an initial solution architecture (high-level architecture) that meets
the customer needs, Choosing the right technology, platform, tools, and
integrations method, Adjust the solution to budget and time constraints.
3. Collaborate with Internal Teams:
Work closely with sales teams, product managers, and engineers to develop
feasible solutions, Provide technical input for bidding documents or RFPs
(Request for Proposals), Estimate resource requirements and technical effort.
4.Technical Documentation:
Prepare: Technical proposal, Solution overview, Architecture diagram, Bill of
Material (BOM) or infrastructure requirement estimate, Sometimes includes
Proof of Concept (PoC).
5.Technical Presentation and Negotiation:
Bridging technical and non-technical teams when presenting solutions
to clients, Answer technical questions from clients (sometimes including
their CTO/CIO), Help explain the advantages of the solution in terms of
performance, scalability, security, etc.
6. Support for Commercial Proposals:
Provide input for pricing calculations, licensing, or technical configurations that
affect costs, Coordinate with legal or procurement teams regarding technical
vs. contractual compatibility.

Project Delivery Activity:
1 . Transition from Presales to Delivery:
Handover the solution architecture and technical documents to the
implementation team, Participate in internal kick-off meetings and with clients.
2.Validation and Finalization of Technical Design:
Compile or direct the team to create Low-Level Design (LLD) from the previous
high-level design, Adjust the architecture if there are changes in needs or
technical constraints during implementation.
3. Technical Lead & Quality Assurance
Oversee the implementation to ensure it is in accordance with the architecture
and best practices (security, scalability, reliability), Act as technical lead, Play a
role in the change request management process related to technical aspects.
4. Support UAT, Testing, and Troubleshooting:
Assist the team in developing test plans and UAT/SIT scenarios, Provide
support when major technical issues occur, Sometimes directly involved in root
cause analysis (RCA) and quick solutions.
5.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
Ensure technical documentation is always up-to-date (final architecture,
configuration, dependencies), Sometimes create runbooks or technical
handover guides for the operational/maintenance team.
6. Handover to Operational Team:
Conduct a final review of the architecture and implementation results, Develop
post-deployment checklist, Participate in user training sessions. Provide input
for post-implementation evaluations.

My role is Solution Architect for Ericsson Broadband OSS (MM, SOM, SONM, SOEM, IPTNMS), Activity from Presales and Project Delivery.
Broadband OSS is use for managing MW transport such as Minilink & Longhaul nodes.

Some Achievement:
📍First in APAC Region, Deployment of ServiceOn Element Manager (SOEM) in Vmware infrstructure (TelkomInfra).
📍First in CU Indonesia, adoption of TMF protocol NBI for SOEM and Ericsson IP Transport NMS (IPTNMS).
📍Shorten nodes migration from 4 weeks to only 1 week, using cli batch rather than gui, creating efficiency in project time and cost.
📍Winning RFP IP Transport Network Management in Telkom and Telecom Timor Leste

Broadband OSS Implementation
Solution Delivery / product implementation NMS for managing transport nodes
such as Marconi DWDM & Minilink Radio nodes. Broadband OSS product
including ServiceOn Optical, Microwave, Network Manager, MLM, and the next
SOEM, IPTNMS.

- Leading the deployment of VSAT hub and Internet Datacenter, i used experience from previous company to design and deliver efficient system.
