As Head of Application Development, I have planned, organized, planned, prioritized, assigned and reviewed the work of the staff of the department.

We improved the systems by finding their strengths and weaknesses in order to improve

BANKLAB ELSAG Spa, merged with ELSAG Spa, DATAMAT Spa and SELEX Communications has become
today SELEX ELSAG (FINMECCANICA Group), part of the Banking and Insurance Division is responsible to develop, produce, maintain and promote banking systems for international & domestic markets.

Senior staff member of the project leaders for the International Projects Division with responsibility for business analysis, project management, guidance and supervision of software
development, internal testing, customer delivery and customer user acceptance testing.


• Replacement of the Customer Information System, Front Office Branch System,
Core Banking Back-end, Multi-Currency General Ledger for the Al Rajhi Bank
(Saudi Arabia);

• Replacement of the Credit Trade & Financing System for the Al Rajhi Bank (Saudi
Arabia);

• Implemented the Remote Banking (Phone/WAP/Internet) for the Al Rajhi Bank
(Saudi Arabia);

• Improved the payment and payroll process for Al Rajhi Bank (Saudi Arabia) in order to meet customer expectation and improve profit revenue;

• Reduced accounts open timeframe for Al Rajhi Bank (Saudi Arabia), allow the branches to complete the transaction within few minutes;

• Implemented 24x7 banking transaction operational for Al Rajhi Bank (Saudi
Arabia);

• Implemented the banking systems for the first overseas operations for Al Rajhi
Bank in Malaysia in October 2006 within 6 months;

• Implementation for the Cassa di Risparmio di Roma the Financial Management Credit
System that will allow the bank to monitor and control the credit risk taking in consideration the cash funds (capital) and financial instruments

• Merging project of Core Banking Systems of Cassa di Risparmio di Roma, Banco di
Santo Spirito and Banco di Roma that was completed successfully, according to the plan defined, with the birth of the Banca di Roma, one of the largest Italian banks;

• Implementation and customization for the Collection System, Financial System and
Assets Management System for the Banca di Roma;

• Project Manager for the implementation of the Financial System and Assets
Management System for the Italian Central Bank;

• Project Manager for the implementation of the Cheque Truncation and Conversion
System for the Italian Central Bank;
