MOMRA is Ministry of Municipalities and Rural Affairs, I joined MOMRA as a member of Enterprise Architecture Office.
I am responsible for developing, maintaining, evaluating, and governing the Enterprise Architecture models for MOMRA, following up projects related to EA and IT Strategy and reviewing technical tasks and outputs
Elicit the business needs of a customer, analyze and transform these needs into standard documentation format to be used by software designers and developers
I joined Mandourah Consulting for project on Ministry of Municipalities and Rural Affairs (MOMRA) through strategy planning department that manage and achieves process improvement and watch over external software projects
In brief my duties was the following:
--Process Improvement:
Gather the AS-IS methods and procedures from employees.
Transform employee’s documents on mature procedures.
Model all procedure using BMPN version 2.0.
Working on re-engineering and enhancing all procedures from modeling point of view.
Document the To-Be Methods and Procedures.
Model the TO-Be Solution using BMPN version 2.0.

--Software Development
Prepare Screen design using Adobe Live cycle designer.
Document To-Be solution Design.
Develop solution with Adobe® LiveCycle® Workbench ES2 (work flow engine, oracle DB)
Do more than one around testing for solution that developed by others.
Document user’s manual.
--Supervision external projects
Participate in preparation of project’s RFP.
Participate in requirements elicitation phase

In brief my duties was the following:
1.Lead and manage analysis team that consists of 5 analysts.
2.Participate in project initiation (scoping phase).
3.Prepare requirements sub plan according to output of estimation committee when project manager call for sub plans.
4.Elicit requirements.
5.Analyze requirements to extract conflicts and resolve them with project stakeholders.
6.Develop requirements and produce system requirements specification document (SRS) completely by Enterprise Architect and Requirements tractability matrix (RTM).
7.Present requirements to project stakeholders to take final approval.
8.Make sure consistency among requirements and other work products (Design - test cases).
9.Receive any Request for change from configuration management team and take required action.
10.Communicate with development team through project life to explain any conflict
11.Distribute tasks on team members.
12.Audit team members' tasks.
13.Manage users training and deployment.
14.Study data migration from legacy systems to new systems.
15.Administrate Enterprise Architect(Server-client)
16.Participate in estimation committee as estimation expert (Delphi methodology).
17.Define weak points for every team member and needed training.
18.Enhance Requirements Process and templates continuously.
19.Share in preparation of technical proposals.
