Daily work planning, prepare daily reports. Daily Morning Meeting regarding problems with all concerned about last day Production & give feedback to the concern about Problems/ Defects. Check dispatch plan and complete the bikes as required prior and so on. Monitor the process and surveillance of work at all working positions. Ensure that the products being assembled are in accordance with the specifications & standards.
Handle maintenance required for dies and resolve issues of production line.
Planning the flow of production, supervision of the team & process control and final inspection of manufactured parts.
