• Responsible for technical/operational leadership of a project/mission within the programmatic guidelines set by the program manager and customer.

• Evaluate appropriate offset wells.
• Develop well designs and AFEs.
• Develop drilling procedures for assigned wells. Document all well design changes using MOC process.
• Monitor well costs on a daily basis. Prepare and update Follow-Up.
• Ensure final costs in Open Wells are accurate and prepare AFE supplements if required.
• Provides technical support on daily drilling operations and is the primary contact for field engineering issues.
• Prepare well handover documentation and final well report
• Provide full time engineering support, monitor daily morning report.
• Evaluate activities against pre-established goals. Make recommendations based on evaluations.
• Manage contracts and contractors to continuous improvement via the Contract and Contractor Management Standard.
• Serve as Proponent for assigned contracts, including tender preparation, analysis, award and contract administration.

Provide Quality Assurance and monitor the day-by-day construction quality control activities performed by construction contractors to verify compliance with the contract plans and specifications, applicable building codes and good workmanship for ODOPTU Second Stage ExxonMobil Project.
Coordinate with the planning and scheduling department to ensure milestone dates are understood for each turn over area, coordinate with the site QC manager for the completion of as-built turnover documentation.
Resolve any discrepancies between the completed milestone and quality documentation, review suppliers inspection and test plans against the milestone scope of work.
Coordinate with the commissioning department to define the scope of work.

Ensuring safety and control operations on the drill floor; Maintain productivity and attainment of company goals & objectives; Supervise and coordinate the dual activities of the drill crew under the supervision of the Drill Site Manager. Work closely with client onsite drilling engineer and DSM to extend rig calculations based on well bore condition. Perform land-out calculations and confirm correct displacement according to the current operations. Responsible for shutting BOP’s and monitor the well during well control situation.
I also lead risk assessments for assigned jobs. Complete the IADC daily drilling report including MWD/LWD data; Write and send Summary Note.

Participating in drilling operations executed with 6th generation Semi-Submersible drilling rig. Ensuring that the drilling operations are performed in compliance with current safety regulations and procedures, and in accordance with the established program. Responsible for supervising the work on the drill floor and other work in connection with the drilling operations as well as ensuring safe operation of the equipment and technical systems. Responsible for the safety of all personnel working under direct supervision. • Secure the well during an emergency or well control situation - assist in the well killing operations
Align relations with contractors due to communication skills and English proficiency.
Development assembly drawings and pipe hookups.
Perform calculations include but are not limited of cementing and marine riser. I took a part of commissioning drilling rigs at the shipyard in Okpo, South Korea.

Supervise and inspect the mud processing areas and ensures that these are kept clean and tidy, and that maintenance on the equipment is carried out in accordance with procedures. Pay special attention to the valves and pumps in the mud and cementing systems. Make and break rotary connections using rig tongs, handles tubular goods, elevators and slips, and operate semi-automated pipe-handling machines.

Testing and inspection of drilling fluids being used in drilling wells. The test are conducted with a portable laboratory and from the results of this evaluation recommend to the customer the proper treatment for maintaining or modifying the chemical and physical properties of the fluid.
