*Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
*Establish work priorities, delegate-work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
*Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security Services.
*Process, verify and balance financial records on accounts receivables and payables and enter data into
computerised system.
*In-depth understanding and management of all the core functional areas in container shipping - including
pricing and cost management, market intelligence, trade profitability.
*Handling of Imports and Exports. Negotiating with the Banks regarding LC’s.
*Handling all sorts of Insurance related issues regarding imports and exports.
*Taking care of shipping related issues and arranging smooth deliveries of materials to meet tight delivery schedules.
*Prepare and issue bills, invoices, Accounts statements according to established procedures using
computerised system.
*Identify vendors of materials, equipment or Supplies.
*Assess requirements of an establishment and develop specifications for equipment, materials and supplies to be purchased.
*Source and obtain price quotations from catalogues and suppliers and prepare Purchase orders.
*Determine or negotiate contract Terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards.
*Process purchases within purchasing authority.
*Contact suppliers to schedule deliveries and to resolve shortages.
*Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports and price lists.
*Also carrying out internal ISO Audit within the organization.

To ensure control on following Logistics Activities of the Company.

*Documentation of Air and Sea Freight, Land Transport and Local Customs Clearance.
*Co ordination activity with freight forwarders, shipping and courier companies for freight negotiations.
*Control on Customs Records, Deposits and Exit Re-Entry, and all other Customs related documents.
*Monitoring processes of Purchase Orders, Compiling quotations, issuing Sales Orders, Sales Invoices, Shipping Advices and Delivery Notes.
*Legalization of Sales invoices and Certificate of Origin from Chamber of Commerce
