We take the lead of every project within the bank for ING Belgium. Our goal is to maximize the operational excellence, getting to align different segments within the bank and delevering our projects on time.
I am in the mean time Prince2 certified and almost finished my green belt training for LEAN Six Sigma
We are responsable for every project within ING Belgium. Our mission is to deliver on time and reach the milestones that have been decided up front.
On top off, we integrate in each segment of the bank the operational excellence vision and try to structure every team more by giving coaching concerning meeting structure, performance mgmt, dashboards, communication, ...
Our team consist mostly out of ex-members of the direction and very high educated people. With my 24 years old I am by far the youngest member of the team ever and am also in the talent pool of ING Belgium
We as transformation office are implementing within the whole company an operational excellence and a continous improvement life circle.
We aim for top performances, excellent meeting structures and a knowledge that is for a 100% complete within every team.
We share lessons learned and evaluate meeting by measuring maturity levels. Not only for meetings but also when we implement new rules or structures.
Our goal is to align and clear out different rules and a vision within the company
