• Managed the Cloud Infrastructure Business P&L of $700M+ annual revenue which included directly managing a spend budget of $80M+ and 500+ HC by partnering with the executive staff of Engineering, Product Management and Product Marketing.
• Developed complex pricing models to determine the long- and short-term revenue and gross margin impact of transitioning the BU portfolio of products to a subscription-based model.
