1.Assisting HR Leader-Policies & Systems.
2.Planning Annual Budget /Monitoring monthly expenses.
3.Assisting in International Assignment Process/Secondees form outside Kuwait.
4.Assisting in Employees Professional Development Program (complete studying/University or Master).
5.Writing Memos/ Correspondences/letters to Government Institutions.
6.Register/Cancel Kuwaitis in Public Institution of Social Security.
7.Archiving all employees documents (Hard/Soft Copy).
8.All other Administration work. (processing invoices through SAP-Purchase requstion (SAP)- updating employee data in SAP-monitoring Budget (SAP)
9.Time keeper (release OT, enter sick leaves, time off permission, preparing attendance reports)
10.Prepare Arabic & English Communications & Announcemnets.
11.Prepare all types of employment/salary certificates.
Payroll:
o Initiate payroll action, time & attendance sheets, benefits payments, employee separation… etc( using HRMS).
o Oversee the processing of payroll action based on correspondence received daily from the departments.
o Conduct and audit the monthly payroll execution.
o Process promotions decisions made by the Management to initiate payroll action and update personnel files with changes.
New Employees:
o Preparing job offers/ IT request form/contracts/rotations/orientations/medical and life insurance…etc
o Confirmation letters after the probation period is completed.
Process employee separation:
o Advise Finance of last day of employment.
o Getting clearance from all related departments (Admin/Legal/Accounts/IT…)
o Advise employee of proper procedures.
o Prepare calculations for end of service settlement.
Government Process:
o Handling registration/ Cancelation of Kuwaiti employees at the Public Institution of Social Security/ Social Restructure Dept/ Ministry of Social Affairs & Labor.
o Registering /cancelling residency of employees.
o Issuing visit visas….etc
o Submitting Salary reports to MOSAL.
o Coordinate with the representative regarding any changes in issue at MOSAL or MOI.
Handle employee problems and inquiries related to various issues (salary, benefits entitlements, internal transfer, training…)
Ensure Company’s Policy & procedures to be complied with Kuwait Labor Law.
Screening CVs, conduct computer skills test & interviews.
Updating leaves on the time attendance system & HRMS.
1.All secretarial work ( correspondences- arrange meetings- faxes- calls- filing- coordinating with other agencies…etc)
2.Writing a column in the magazine (Financial Empires).
3.Assisting the Editing Supervisor.
Studied in Political Science section : International Relations, International Relations History, Micro & Macro Economics, International law, Statistics...etc.
