• Delivering relevant and targeted programs to the hotel’s employees.

• Carrying out full relief responsibilities in the absence of the Training Director.
• Assisting the Training and Development Director in the daily tasks.
• Stressing on the company’s high standards within training modules.
• Being in charge of three days of orientation program for the new hires
•Maintain office’s Agenda in training calendar, follow up of schedules, achievements and trainees progress.
•Create and reconfigure trainees’ databases.
•Responsible for supplying the office with sufficient equipment for various training sessions.
•Performing external and internal communication using MS office programs.
•Administrative duties, such as (filling, faxing, copying and mailing).
. Preparing orientation programs for new employees.
.Preparing the time sheet for the employees.
.Checking their formal papers, such as residency, health certificates.
It is a high diploma course fr five months, each day for four hours. It was held at Talal Abu- Ghazaleh's institute.
