●Revenue assurance teams typically work closely with finance, operations, and IT departments to identify gaps in processes, address revenue-related issues, and implement solutions to improve overall revenue performance.
●Generate site analysis report by combining various resources (such as technical, IT, and marketing) to analyze site availability and revenue per site. This data is extracted from multiple tables using procedures on both IN and BSCS systems. The report also highlights the behavior of new sites.
● Conduct reconciliation checks and apply them to active postpaid users who have not been issued.
● Implementing rerating procedures to verify correct rating of calls, SMS, and data transactions by extracting data from the Intelligent Network (IN) and billing systems.
● Performing reconciliation between the mediation and billing system to ensure that all files of tickets are being inserted correctly by the rating system.
● Applying a reconciliation between the user profile on Home Location Register (HLR) and the Business Support System (BSCS) to guarantee the matching of activated/deactivated services between the two systems.
