• Develop HR communications strategies in line with the KAUST overall strategy
• Serve as coordinator for implementation of communication plans for major HR events
• Support recruitment marketing content through Social Media channels
• Promote KAUST work/ life environment through HR different platforms
• Monitors the recent HR trends and regularly reports the findings to management.
• Monitors HR online channels and create content
• Prepares and updates a monthly briefing report on HR online channels.
• Provide illustration and graphic material for the HR website and update the content.
• Provide and develop illustrations, logos, management presentations, Social media posts and other designs using Adobe & Autodesk software.
• The Architect plans and checks the projects prior to further submission.
• The Architect supports Drafting Team with his design and architectural consulting office experience, sense of space and knowledge of finish materials.
• Works with KAUST to provide strategic Space Planning.
• Develops the tools necessary to make information based decisions about space occupancy and allocation.
• Develops practical Space Planning options for the future growth of KAUST.
• Works with Third Party Contractors and Third Parties to develop cost effective design solutions to improve the Offices.
• Manages the preparation and submittal of all Space Plans.
• Studies design drawings to ascertain client requirements and objectives, and directs work accordingly.
• Discusses with the team additional modifications when needed on the architectural design.
• Visits field to collect or verify data and searches drawing records when needed.
• Keeps records of various completed and in progress jobs.
• Able to produce renderings of interior spaces using digital media when requested.
• Checks the team drawings for code compliance, design accurateness and completeness of the project.
• Provides guidance and coaching to juniors.
• Conducts basic office functions as needed, such as data entry, file management, and customer service.
• Creating 2D CAD drawings based on 3D point cloud data.
• Creating high detailed 3D models with textures.
• Creating eye catching 3D renderings (still images and videos).
• Creating as-built CAD drawings (plans, elevations, sections and site plans).
• Creating high detailed BIM integrated as-built 3D models.
• Demonstrate successful design and integration, and the delivery of projects on time and within the given budget.
• 3D modeling and rendering for both exterior and interior.
• Site visit to ensure project deliverable
• Planning Master plans for several types of projects
• Designing affordable units, doors, gates and landmarks.
