Responsible for 272 employees
Assisting in developing and updating the HR policies and procedures.
Providing guidance to employee’s policies, processes, and regulatory issues.
Recruiting staff including developing job descriptions, checking application forms and CVs, short listing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Preparing employee’s contracts, NSSF and MOL declarations.
Maintaining employee’s files and records.
Controlling employee’s attendance, lunch breaks and rotations.
Assisting in directing employee relations activities (Uniform, call expenses, employee accounts...)
Assisting employees with forms and requests (certificates correspondence etc...)
Preparing medical transcripts submitted to NSSF and follow up on refunds.
Verifying and process payroll, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Implementing compensation and benefit programs (transportation, overtime, medical, allowances, increases, bonuses etc…)
Providing staff with the adequate knowledge, understanding skills, and motivation to carry out their work related tasks.
Providing health and safety packages including the medical insurance.
Conducting yearly evaluation for staff.
