- Manage guests signing in and give out security passes and settling accounts upon completion of their stay.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handling guests requests and complaints, and answer inquiries in person, by phone and online.
- Manage reservations, meeting room bookings and appointments.
