- Follow up with Distributors to ensure right implementation of the Annual Forecast
- Receiving orders from Distributors and processing them.

- Analyze in-market demand, prepare, and conduct monthly demand review meeting.
- Communicate effectively with foreign suppliers and customers concerning orders delivery and schedule.
- Handle shipments to MENA Region
- Handle imported deliveries to Lebanon
- Initiated the demand forecasting process and interfaced between various department for the supply planning and delivery.
- Place orders to suppliers
- Monitor stock Levels of various products efficiently. - Prepare the department objectives
- Create and update the Standard Operating Procedures of the department
- Supervising and coaching the supply chain department team
- Assisted in the implementation and customization of new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Prepare annual budget for various products and related delivery timetable
- Prepare Monthly "Sales and Stock" report
- Monitor stock Levels of various products
- Perform periodic aging analysis of goods stock
- Place and follow up on orders with relevant suppliers
- Handle imported deliveries (check all documents, submit them to MOH and follow up on clearing process).
