Reporting directly to the Country Director.
a) Coordinating offices and project teams; Plus implementation and evaluation of the approved project. :
* Home Visit Team: serving 380 refugee families: visits, distributions, MHPSS support…
* School (two shifts): around 550 refugee students (KG2, KG3, Grade 1, Language support, ALP, ECE, Computer classes, Learning/Retention support…).
* MHPSS, PSS program / Inclusion program / IEP: supervising and coordinating the activities of the social worker at school, psychologist and psychiatrist (HD) in the project.
b) Supervising and developing new initiatives of project proposals, budgets, KPIs; Monitoring and evaluating the project progression; Overall management of the budget, finance, procurement, education, MHPSS…objectives.
c) Overall management of staffs: around 50 staffs + interns and volunteers.
d) Recruiting, interviewing, developing, and retaining staff.
e) Being the project deputy focal point for Child Safeguarding and PSEAH policies.
2019-2024: Implementing CBECE + Retention Support programs in collaboration with MEHE for students aged between 6 and 12 years old, after obtaining MEHE EOI license approval.
- Managing Relationships with suppliers, finalizing deals.
- Assess project risks.
- Ensure Projects meet deadlines.
- Provide guidance on pricing, contracting process and management.
Jbeil Charity School: holding a teaching license issued on January 30th 2016 by the ministry of education, authorized decree nb. 59/M12016, signed by the Minister of Education, Mr Elias Bou Saab, assigning Ms Maya Youssef Yaacoub as its School Principal.

- Reporting the school and staffs files and data to the ministry of education UNESCO

- Teaching of Lebanese curriculum - “Grade 1” students.
- To ensure receipt, payment, documentation and filing of all expenses…
- Management and updating of: fixed assets and inventory, purchases, maintenance of all equipment…
- responsible of all hosting and hospitality.
- Perform Front End bookkeeping (transactions entry, vouchers numbered and reconciled, cash and bank reconciliations…).
- To administer to project’s finance, guaranteeing a proper accounting of all project expenses.
• Accountant Field: STOCK & GL program.
- Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and control procedures.
- Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, suppliers and clients.
• Assistant Manager:
- Assisting in achieving good import/export goods (dealing with foreign companies...).
- Online transactions, E-mails communication, Internet Researches...
- Managing deliveries from suppliers and serving customers.
