Collecting all data for client’s reference sheet as: phone calling G4S contact person, collect all necessary data and contacts & update it on monthly basis as well as coordinating with finance department and update the amount of invoices on monthly basis then to report to marketing director
•Assists in organizing corporate events and CSR activities.
•Assisting in creating, setting and implementing Marketing communication plans.
•Assisting in setting annual CSR themes plans as well as implementation.
•Responsible for the monthly sales report and follow up of major projects pipeline report
•Marketing researches as competitor analysis, business sectors in Egypt
•Assisting in G4S public relations and corporate event management.
•Data Entry on the sales force website
•Perform general clerical duties as: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
•Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
•Doing all kinds of Administration work for the marketing department
Reporting & tracking all business movements (New Businesses, Service Increase, Price Increase and Terminations) on monthly basis.
Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts
Fully responsible of the salesforce.com world’s #1 CRM, salesforce.com track all sales activity, every lead, opportunity, and customer.
Preparing Monthly Sales & Business Development Report submitted to G4S Africa
Following up on the sales pipeline on daily basis
Assisting in the recruitment of some major projects by interviewing candidates & shortlisting the qualified calibers.
