Project Name -QNFE (North Field East Onshore LNG Facilities) Customer - Qatar gas Operating Company Ltd Responsibility - Managed Waste Water Treating and Pipe Rack Areas. Led team of 7 to prepare piping layouts as per P&ID. Preparing the Piping studies to freeze piping layout of LB & SB, Critical & Non critical lines (Pumps, Verical vessels, Basins, Exhangers, Drum Screen, Pipe rack and chemical area). Checking the P&ID notes and requirements, Capturing the holds & highlighting them to the project teams. Checking the Valve accessibility & maintainability space & obstructions in movement zones and walkways & handling space. Prepared Workfront to my team to meet the weekly deliverable targets to meet the weekly schedule. Reviewing and commenting the Vendor Drawings/MDS. Preparation of Nozzle orientation drawings for vertical vessels. Providing the Priliminary inputs to civil & structural department (fixing the width, tiers elevations and anchor bay locations). Collaborated with electrical, structural and site teams to ensure smooth operations. Reviewing the 3D model on daily basis checking the Clash checking. Checking of IFC isometrics for final issuance. Participating in 90% model review, and incorporating client comments.

Preparing the Piping studies to freeze piping layout of LB & SB, Critical & Non critical lines. 3D modeling of stress critical lines based stress inputs. Checking the Valve accessibility & maintainability space & obstructions in movement zones and walkways & handling space. Preparation and extraction of IFC isometrics for final issuance. Extraction and preparation of Nozzle orientation drawings. Preparing the Piping studies to freeze piping layout of LB & SB, Critical & Non critical lines (vertical vessels, pumps, exchangers, Columnsand pipe rack). 3D modeling of stress critical lines based on stress inputs. 3D modelling special supports Cryogenics, Spring hangers supports Providing the Priliminary inputs to civil & structural department (fixing the width, tiers elevations and anchor bay locations) Preparation of 3D model of Vertical Columns segmented platforms.
