Planning & Monitoring:
Responsible for preparation of budget for Shoemart
Responsible for monitoring monthly performance of various stores/territories against budgets on various parameters.
Analyzing the factors leading non achievement of budget, if any.
Responsible for making feasibility study for opening a new store.
Setting up and Evaluation of Sales and GP margin target of all stores.
Daily evaluation of Sales and Margin Report for all stores.
Analyzing the reasons of non-achievement of budget of Revenue or margin.
Approving and monitoring LPO for capital expenditure & revenue expense.
Introduced a system of preparing system based PO instead of manual
Has introduced system based movement of shopping bags.
Negotiate with suppliers for better prices.
Has contributed in finalizing various contracts for suppliers and customers.

Corporate Finance & Accounts:
Responsible for preparation of Financial Statements of Shoemart on a monthly as well as annual basis.

Responsible for dealing with auditors in relation to all audit queries.
Institutional Business
Introduced setting up of Credit period and Credit limit for all new and existing customers.
Monitoring the collection of all Institutional customers and making sure that it follows the credit norms
Preparation and approval of contracts for Institutional Customers.
Monitoring the stock aging movement and making sure old inventory is cleared.
Regularly visiting customers for improving relationship.
