• To assist in acquiring new potential sponsors and exhibitors for exhibition / conference projects, while creating business opportunities for clients by linking them other businesses or government authorities.

• Develops and executes strategies to achieve maximum exhibitor/sponsor participation and sales revenue.

• Create new concepts and programmes that could assist in growing the events and diversify its clientele.

• Generate Sales Leads and assist in creating marketing collaterals such as brochure and e-shot campaigns.

• To identify and establish International Sales Agents by regularly monitoring their progress.

• To organize sales presentations and road shows locally and internationally.

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction to the exhibitors & sponsors.

• Regularly coordinates with other internal departments and external organizations for timely updates.

• Produce and present timely sales reports to the Organizing Committee.

• Liaised with venue management and contractors for event floor plans and requirements.

• Supervised exhibition shows onsite from build-up until breakdown stages to avoid any problem on the
schedule and be able to resolve issues immediately.

• Collected proposed stand designs from exhibitors and contractors to ensure that stand build guidelines
set are achieved and be able provide alternative solutions for stand design issues.

• Produced post-show reports at end of each event and be able to address strong and weak points.
