the Project.
● Composing Bill of Quantities as part of tender documents
for provided to tenderers as part of Design Consultancy
responsibilities.
● Preparing costing of the Tender Inquiries and preparing all
required documents as required of the Tender.
● Preparing Variation Claim with all relevant supporting
documents to the satisfaction of the Client.
● Preparing and monitoring project budget.
● Attending Site Visit prior to Tendering of the Project.
● Sorting proposed alternative materials in order to obtain a
competitive Tender Offer.
● Preparing Progress Claims and Final Payment Application
with all relevant supporting documents to the satisfaction
of the Client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Preparing Variation Claim with all relevant supporting
documents to the satisfaction of the Client.
● Preparing Progress Claims and Final Payment Application
with all relevant supporting documents to the satisfaction
of the Client.
● Evaluating subcontractors progress claims in accordance to
the actual site accomplishment.
● Evaluating the cost impact that may occur due to the
proposed variation.
● Evaluating and monitoring market price fluctuation
● Conducting a site visit if required to monitor the site
progress.
● Prepares Project Schedule, Project update and Monitoring.
● Monitor Subcon accomplishments.
● Evaluates Subcon Claims.
● Prepares Quotation, Tenders, Progress Claims and Variation
Orders.
● Prepares Method Statement and shop drawings.
● Prepares Material mood board.
● Attending a Client Technical/Management Meeting.
● Prepares documents necessary for DM approvals.
● Prepares Project Budget.
● Prepares project analysis in terms of profit and loss.
● Performed duties may be required.
● Evaluates and Monitor Subcon Accomplishments.
● Site Monitoring and Coordination.
● Prepare Shop Drawing Details for Site and Workshop
Fabrication and Installation.
● Prepares As Built drawings.
● Negotiating with subcontractors and evaluating their
quotations, evaluating their progress claims.
● Prepares costing and quantity take off.
● Prepare pre and post contract of the project.
● Prepares Progress Claims and Variation Orders.
● Prepares Project Schedule and makes sure that the project
runs as per schedule.
● Monitoring site for technical and progress report/status
such as S-Curve, Cash Flow, Histograms, Productivity rates,
Manpower and equipment et al.
● Assisting in the preparation of weekly/monthly progress
claims, variation orders, which includes attachments such as
key plan of accomplishments and progress photos.
● Assisting in preparation of shop drawings and as-built plans
for architectural, civil/structural and sanitary disciplines.
● Supervise and monitor all site related activities by giving
sound decisions or solutions to conflicts and various
problems which may arise during the course of
construction.
● Project Implementation, management and supervision.

● Prepares Quotation for various Supplies for US coalition
forces in Middle East, Europe and Afghanistan.
● Tracking of supplies deliveries.
