a. Maintain primary responsibility for managing the relationship and profitability of target customers.
b. Be responsible for all account management/business development activities for customer set.
c. Design and execute strategic/tactical plans to enhance customer and company’s profitability.
d. Develop strong working relationships with key influencers at customer end and with company’s support teams.
e. Work with cross functional teams to identify new segment and product opportunities and develop 360-degree approach to maximize segment penetration.
f. Manage & develop new and existing products; programs and services, as required.
g. Take Ownership on any customer issue that requires engagement with Operations and Technology, Customer / Product Delivery, etc.
h. Managing account team assigned to each client
i. Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
j. Strategic planning to improve client results
k. Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
l. Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
m. Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
1. Extensive experience in all aspects of developing & maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
2. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics & requirements.
3. Design, develop and implement marketing strategies, programs and supporting tactics.
4. Setting sales strategy and implement to achieve sales target.
5. Tracking progress with production and distribution department.
6. Processing, dispatching and ordering invoice.
7. Provide technical and innovative ideas to customers.
8. Finding link or key selling opportunities utilizing both old and new contacts.
9. Create strategy to increase new clients.
10. Sharing marketing research determinations with product development, research and development and customer service department.
11. Identifying new products and market opportunities.
12. Follow up direct sales leads.
13. Communicate and coordinate with tender department for attending different government tenders, RFQ and BOQ.
14. Prepare sales report, sales forecasting and strategy to achieve targets.
1. Sales & Customer Relationship Management: Responsible for achieving revenues in accordance with agreed targets, renewal rates and any sales budget. Overcoming any initial customer objections and pulling them into a conversation about the company's products, developing sales to deliver commercial and operational results.
2. Creation and retention of client base: Launching new business developments keeping abreast of changes in the marketplace and watching competitor activity.
3. Selling Services & Solutions: Focusing on selling solution to fit client’s unique needs, keeping accurate statistical information and records, Marketing and selling to clients through different means ranging from face to face as well as over the Internet & telephone.
4. Building Effective Stakeholder Relationship: Working hard to maintain a good working relationship with other company departments, developing partnerships with third parties and external organizations.
1. Relationship building: Providing information about company’s product & services, sending offers to the customers through phone calls & e-mail, Representation of organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
2. Marketing research: researching the market and related products, identifying new markets and business opportunities, collecting market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
3. Corresponding with the stakeholders: Making correspondence with corporate clients & organizing meeting with the clients
4. Ensuring sales performance: Ensuring in-house package sales from individual and corporate customers, Achieving sales according to target, negotiating the terms of an agreement and close sales
5. Report preparation: Preparing weekly reports on overall business performance.
