- Daily routine site inspection of construction group for Electrical works.
- Ensuring the works are done according to the approved for construction drawing and specifications of Saudi ARAMCO Standards.
-Preparation of Request for Inspection when work is ready for final inspection by client.
-Monitoring of the rectification of issued Corrective Action and Non-Conformance Report.
-Checking, Monitoring and Inspection of Installation of Motors, Panels, Lighting Fixtures, Conduits, Junction Boxes & Support, Cable Trays, Transformers, etc., Cable Pulling/Laying of Power & Control Cables, Continuity/Insulation Testing, Hi-Pot Testing Winding testing, Cable Termination installation, Pre-commissioning activities such as Cable Continuity & Insulation Resistance Test, Ground Resistance Test, Motor Solo Run Test, Torque Test, Motor Winding Resistance Test & Insulation Resistance Test & Polarization Index Test, Transformer Turn Ratio Test, Circuit Breaker Trip Test & Insulation Resistance Test, Hi pot Test, Functional Test, and Illumination level Test as per Client Standard.
-Receiving Inspection of incoming electrical materials equipments.
-Preparation to Quality document such as Checklists, Test Reports, As-Built & Red Marked Drawings.
-Review of QA/QC Documents associated with Quality
Job Description:
- Calibrates Celltest Sorter Machine and Parametric Celltester Machine before production
- Troubleshoots Machine if encountered problems
- Monitor and reports overall WIP count of finished products before and after shift production
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Process Engineers/ Equipment Engineers/ Trainers/Reliability Engineers/QA Engineers in activities related in process improvement and maintaining quality of finished products.
- Monitor Process and Log data in Graphical Unit Interface.
- Chart Update and Reports involving tool parameters and performances.
- Participate in Statistical Process Control activities.

- Update charts per tool and present during SPC meeting
- Monitors Weekly All Charts involving the process and reports Process Capability. - Recalculates new Control Limits for each Chart and Creates new logbooks and new charts.
- Calculates Normal Probability Plot for tool Correlation
- Supports SPC leader in conducting meeting and doing corrective and preventive actions.
- Process Specification Revision.
