 Manage all administrative works pertaining to Chief Strategy Officer in order to ensure timely completion of all requesting activities.

 Fixing appointments for Group Strategy Officer with various user department / personnel inside the company and/or with external parties.

 Answer all incoming telephone calls to the concerned staff and deal with general enquiries in order to provide information to the requesting clients or from other department personnel.

 Write general correspondence to issue memo's and letters to all staff in office, dispatch all incoming and outgoing mails to the concerned staff and make sure that correspondence reaches the right staff.

 Organize and maintain files, records, manuals, and other related materials & maintain up to date files.
 Maintain superior's calendar, schedule appointments and engagements, prepare notes regarding topics to be discussed, make notes in meetings
 Where applicable, provide basic coordination and pertinent information on office functions to subordinate clerical staff and subordinates.
 Maintain and update assigned databases to assure accurate and timely information.
 Respond properly and effectively to inquiries from various publics (Including sister companies, managers, employees and general publics) and direct those inquires to the appropriate individual for response.

 Participation in regular project management meetings and preparing minutes.
 Receiving the visitors and provide with the help they might need.
 Monitor on daily basis and maintain up to date file management and its confidentiality for effective retrieval and perusal.


 Responsible of Travel Management in terms of flight/hotel arrangements as per the company policies and procedures.

 Maintaining the personnel files and keeps them up dated with all the documents related to all personnel.

 Keep record of up dated leave schedule relating to all type of leaves.


 Function effectively in a team environment inspiring trust and corporation of other team members and to promote good public relations.
