Job Responsibilities,
 Preparing interim valuations for consultants' certification.
 Take of Quantities, compare with BOQ quantities and advise Tendering Manager accordingly.
 Managing variations - Identification of changes /additional scopes from the construction drawings, Engineers replies on the technical queries and prepare variations for cost implication.
 Costing for Engineers instruction (EI), Building up & agreeing on new rates.
 Finalizations of variations with Clients & cost consultants.
 Administrating the Subcontractors - inspecting progress of works, assessing interim payments, finalizing variations, finalizing SC final accounts.
 Obtaining quotations from the suppliers and subcontractors for tendering purpose.
 Prepare the commercial comparison sheets and negotiate the prices and commercial terms with subcontractors and suppliers to get the best offer.
 Site visit with Consultants and physically check the Material on site in order to include the monthly applications.
 Issue the work or purchase orders to sub-contractors or suppliers after evaluation of subcontractor quotations.
 Monitoring the site progress and control the cost.

Construction of B+G+8 floor commercial and residential apartments with total built up area of 12, 000 sqm, provided with structural glassing, Granite and marble flooring, false ceiling, fire alarm, firefighting, conveying system and all regular MEP works.
Job Responsibilities,
 Takeoff Quantities from Drawings for pre and post contracting works,
 Review the drawings and specifications, Preparation of Tender Documents, BOQ Pricing in tender stage for external works.
 Cost breakdown for manholes, chambers, pipe laying, soak away, septic tank & all related external works reporting to Estimator regarding pre contract works.
 Preparation and submission of rate breakdowns for Engineer’s approval.
 Evaluating Sub Contractors Payments and Preparation of Payment Certificates.
 Evaluating Sub Contractors Quotations and Preparation of Comparison sheets.
 Preparation of Works Orders to Sub Contractors.
 Site visit to identify the actual work done.
