(Consultant Engineer )
Responsibilities:
- make daily visit to the site, check the work is going duly .
- inspect the achieved work duly from the contractor.
- check the invoice which coming from the contractor & comparing it with the work achieved in the site.
-Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
-Assist the resident engineer tracking and update the punch list
& handing over committee comments.
- make shop drawing .
-To watch and inspect the construction and assure that it is done in full accordance with the plans and specifications.
- provide Shop Drawings of equipment to be installed to assure the equipment meets or exceeds the specifications.
- Quantity surveying (Bar bending)
-checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
-ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
-liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
-preparing reports as required ( Daily Reports, Material Delivered to site Reports, Request for Information Reports, Test Result Transmittals )
- Prepare Method Of statement
- Update all variation orders in site plane
- As built Drawings
