1. ensure the high-quality of the community health component of the project, by training the Community volunteers and ensuring that the Community volunteers are providing accurate, quality health messages to beneficiaries during home visits

2. provide home visits to the cash for health beneficiaries to; check on the health of the mother and baby; raise awareness around ANC, family planning, the importance of PNC, IYCF, immunization, birth registration; provide the beneficiaries with new born baby/dignity kits.


3.provide group awareness sessions at community level on health issues.

4.report accurately to the Project Manager, Community Medical Advisor and Project Officers on Community Health awareness raising, participate in the Monitoring of the project and production of relevant information about the project activities and achievements.

Day Care Unit, Queen Rania Hospital, Amman (Jordan)

Responsibilities:
•Led a team of 12 nurses in the Day Care Unit to ensure that paediatric care is effectively delivered to patients prior to as well as after surgical operations.
•Ensured that sufficient leadership was given to my team so that they could fulfil their tasks fully and in a collaborative environment.
•Monitor the health care given in high quality standard and under accredited hospital.
•Give regular lectures to the staff as part of continuing learning.
•Daily, weekly, monthly orders writing of wards stock
• Produced Regular reports about work carried and statistics to the administration

•Ensured that patients at high risk received adequate post operation care to reach a stabilised state.
