Mathematics Project)  Continue working on developing diferent training programs for diferent ranks as part of the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) program for early grades teachers of the Jordanian Ministry of Education. All the programs I developed were accredited from the ministry with minor adjustments.  Participate in (Time on Task) training for early grades supervisors regarding time teachers spend on instruction; in addition, participate on the study made about the time early grades teachers spend in diferent subjects to teach reading.  Participate on preparing on-line course about Inclusive Education for MoE principals as an awareness session.

Mathematics Project)  Participate in developing a training program for early grades supervisors (part of professional development) and participate in implementing it. The program focused on basic skills needed for supervisors to practice their role as (Coaches) to support teachers enhance their performance. Some of the topics were:  Communication and Giving constructive feedback  Coaching styles: Hard, Soft and Balanced  Building Needs-based training programs  Participate in developing diferent training programs for diferent ranks as part of the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) program for early grades teachers of the Jordanian Ministry of Education. (this was a major task I worked on)  Develop lessons' scenarios for early grades students for Darsak T.V.  Work on improving (Senior Teacher) training program for the MoE as part of the Continuous Professional Development. (both programs for early grades teachers and teachers for grades from 4-12)  Participate in developing Arabic and Math remedial booklets for catch-up programs (1+2) for early grades as part of MoE Covid-19 response. In addition, I participated in preparing teachers' training workshops for the catch-up programs regarding learning loss, wellbeing and teaching the booklets.  Provide assistance in improving teachers' E-platform, and designing online course that was uploaded to it.  Provide support on developing LLH (Let's Live in Harmony) training program content.  Participate in developing worksheets for parents on how to support their children's learning through the lockdown, in addition to worksheets for Home Learning Kit.  Provide support in preparations for some NLS (National Literacy Strategy) workshops with RAMP capacity building team and QRF.  Gender focal point: participate in activities held by USAID regarding Gender & Youth Mapping, and planning for (Gender Community of Practice) sessions. And I was a member in the Gender COP.
