• As a Product Manager at Ultimate PM, I managed the development of two products, UPM and Uconnect. I led cross-functional teams in executing product strategies, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. In addition to overseeing product development, I handled the technical aspects of the websites for both products, ensuring performance and scalability. My contributions helped drive the successful launch and alignment of these products with user and business needs.

• Provided hands-on leadership and analysis of 300+ programming requests to assist customization and integration with 3 ERP systems for different companies (JAWAHR, JAWALogistic, JAWACat).
• Led Agile team of 4 developers, Quality Assurance and Sysadmin to continuous deployment of ERP System for a Human Resources company (JAWAHR) with 12000+ employees.
• Lead planning and execution of project work plans, making ongoing revisions to meet changing needs.
• Systems administration of 8+ Linux servers.
• Transitioned to GIT version control and pair programming to raise speed 30%.
• Built and maintained RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange among different applications. (Mudad, Qsalary, ..etc)

• Provide consultation in the development and structuring of the ERP system to one of the government institutes in Saudi Arabia King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Royal Reserve Development Authority

• led the development and implementation of an ERP system based on the Frappe framework, using Python, for four companies across Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. She managed the complete setup, configuration, and testing processes to ensure the ERP system functioned smoothly up to the Go-Live phase. As a Scrum Master, Maysa oversaw system monitoring and managed backups. She also handled databases, writing SQL queries and generating detailed reports. Additionally, she provided client training on effectively using the ERP application.

• Constructing a product as HR System building on open-source application (ERPNext) with designing, testing, and developing the system.
• Nginx and Linux Server administration & troubleshooting.

• Training materials, including online learning modules, software manuals, and quick reference guides, were prepared to support learning. A specialized training course was conducted for over 40 developers, split into two groups, covering Python concepts and the Frappe web framework, with quizzes applied on the ERPNext platform to reinforce learning.

• A cloud-based SaaS ERP system was developed to enable online product sales for both the private and government sectors in Saudi Arabia. The project involved building, maintaining, and scaling infrastructure to support ERP systems using the Frappe framework, while addressing technical issues to improve website functionality. Numerous customizations were applied to the open-source ERPNext system. Additionally, a web portal was designed and developed for a client to track and manage inventory, leading to a 30% increase in efficiency.

Gathered and analyzed user or business requirements to support the development and implementation of Windows desktop
applications using Delphi IDE. This involved writing detailed technical and design specifications based on user needs and
developing structured, efficient, and reliable Delphi programs for various ministry projects, ensuring compliance with coding
standards. Additionally, provided assistance in installing, upgrading, testing, and debugging Delphi applications, while
recommending new features and modifications to optimize the development process.

• Developed and programmed games and educational systems for children using Action Script 3.0, ensuring a blend of learning and fun in each game. Collaborated closely with game designers and developers to create engaging and educational experiences aimed at benefiting young users.

• 4-Touch company was my first entrepreneur project with a multi-touch table product, which was built from scratch (Hardware and Software). That table enables a touchpad or touchscreen to recognize more than one or more than two points of contact with the surface.
