Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all
matters about the CEO’s Office; handling correspondence and phone calls for the CEO.
Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing an extremely active
calendar of appointments; managing diaries; organizing meetings, appointments, event,
conferences; and arranging complex and detailed travel/ hotel plans.
Planning, coordinating and ensuring the CEO's schedule is followed and respected; creating
win-win situations for direct access to the CEO’s time and office.
Communicating directly, and on behalf of the CEO with Senior Management and other
parties on matters related to CEO’s programmatic initiatives.
Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal
departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with
senior management staff.
Working closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming
commitments and responsibilities.
Working with both paper documents and electronic files and ensuring proper filing and
documentation for retrieval.
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all staff and officials
including external stakeholders.
Preparing agendas, attending meetings as instructed and taking minutes, distributing and
making necessary follow-up on progress, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
Maintain comprehensive understanding of company policies, procedures, and methods of
operation to effectively and efficiently conduct duties and responsibilities.
Advise the CEO of matters requiring personal attention, with associated deadlines, and
prepare relevant documentation.

Developed a filing system of all necessary documents for easy retrieval and ensuring
confidentiality of the documents.
Built an effective data base and reports for all pertinent documents such as forms,
letters, billings, invoices, etc.
Successfully established specialist project based administrative support.
Implemented, sustained and reviewed the standards for administration and
secretarial support throughout the Company with the CEO approval.
Researched and prepared relevant material for upcoming events, meetings or
presentation of the CEO.
Job Responsibilities:
Served as the office manager and performed duties like organizing office operations and
procedures, managing & ordering office supplies, managing the file system, and
coordinating new staff on boarding process.
Documented and recorded information, maintained files, processed all paper work, and
performed daily administrative tasks (answering telephone calls, sending or receiving faxes,
and printing document etc.)
Assumed functional responsibilities for overall office facilities and logistics; as well as safe
keeping and maintenance of corporate records.
Maintained liaison with various vendors (hotels, catering, and travel agency) for timely
arrangements and smooth operations.
Ensured that office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all
administration processes work effectively.

Managed all government licensing including DHA, Municipality and Economic Department.
Opened Liberty Dental Clinic as project manager and closely followed up till finish along
