Provides direct field support and coaching to staff under his/her supervision who deliver information services to beneficiaries.
Ensures the team members' individual understanding of internal SOPs/guidelines on assistance, as well as counseling line on legal and protection issues.
Acts as a focal point for external referrals and services mapping in his/her assigned geographical area of operation.
Coordinates activities with community-based organizations and joint activities with other
NRC core competencies in his/her assigned geographical area of operation.

▪ Deliver legal awareness sessions (LAS) and individual counselling to NRC Syrian and Jordanian beneficiaries on various topics including legal and civil documentation, housing, land and property rights and work rights
▪ Prepare and supports legal assistance to NRC beneficiaries;
▪ Ensure protection mainstreaming in field activities, including identification of cases for protection referrals.
▪ Undertake day-to-day data collection and data entry related to field activities and participates in field mapping exercises.

Worked as a project coordinator for a project called community empowerment initiative in Mafraq,
funded by RDPP (regional development and protection program),
-The project was a livelihood model of JRF aimed by its two components to employ 100 beneficiaries
and establish 150 micro businesses in Mafraq.
-I worked with Job placement component and was responsible about the office and field work,
- We succeeded in this component to employ more 94 beneficiaries with sustainable jobs.

change
Coaching young female youth of Al-Salt city on leadership skills and fundamentals of advocacy and
social change.
▪ Working with the training unit to make sure that the social initiatives lead by youth on other trainings
are working well, and
▪ working with advocacy club and advocacy platform to provide youth the knowledge, guidance and
support they need to belong, develop and lead the change in their communities.
Coordinate a team of youth trainers in a project to teach children the skills of
(Data collection, animation making and child’s literature)
▪ to conduct a national study about children rights in Jordan, and
▪ I was the main trainer for data collection and animation making part of the project.
As a fellow I was paired with a woman Member of Parliament to serve in her Parliamentary office in
supporting with constituency affairs, research, policy development, media and social media affairs,
legal review, and other parliamentary work as needed.

Coordinate a team of volunteer field researchers to collect data about children labor in agricultural
field in Mafraq city.
▪ We conducted a rapid assessment study on the target area, sample size was 110 families.
▪ I was responsible of everything on the field starting of transportation of volunteers, trip planning.
Community mapping and contacting, and the security of my team, I also worked at the office as data
entry where I filled out the answers from the questionnaire into a special excel sheet prepared for that
purpose

▪Worked with the company on a project aimed to perform maintenance to the highway of Zarqa' city.
