Job Description:
Operating Theater (Minor Procedures)
Scrub Nurse
* Prepare and make sure all instruments are ready and available.
* Proper scrubbing, gowning, and gloving. Sterile technique applied.
* Assist and anticipate the needs of the doctor during the procedure.
*Ensure the completeness of the instruments before, during and after the procedure.
* Care of the instruments and sending it to CSSD.
Circulating Nurse
* Ensure all necessary documents are available. Consent, pre-op checklist, lab works,
preparations, markings and etc.
* Receive endorsements from the floor nurse.
* Prepares all needed instruments, machine and other needs during the procedure.
*Documents the start and finish of procedure.

Recovery Room Nurse
*Ensure the patient’s safety and comfort after the procedure.
*Monitor the vital signs of patient.
* Monitor all contraptions (fluids, leg compressors, drainage, corset and etc.).
*Endorse the patient to floor nurse.

Casualty/ Emergency Room
Check and make sure that all equipment are complete and machines are functioning well.
Check all medicines if availabĺe and not expired.

Provide rapid assessment and treatment to patients in the initial phase of illness or trauma and often in life-threatening situations.

Perform therapeutic nursing interventions, such as stabilizing patients, providing basic
life support, administering medications and initiating corrective actions.

Other duties include recording medical histories, monitoring patients, performing
diagnostic tests and explaining family members. Expect to help patients and their families
deal with pain, fear, anger and grief.

Care for a large diversity of patients regardless of their age, health status or medical
condition.

Be familiar with the policies of the hospital and/or facility they work for, as well as have
a clear understanding of the proper medical/hospital procedures and protocols necessary
to operate ethically, effectively and efficiently in their health care settings.

Ward 5 (Medical/Surgical /Gyne Nurse)

Medical
Providing routine nursing care, medications, IV, dressing, blood works and documentations.
Taking care of bedridden patient, giving bath, perineal and oral care.
Providing feeding thru NGT, PEG or TPN.
Providing tracheostomy, FC or PEG tube care and other contraptions.
Admit pt. from ER or trans-in from ICU or other wards.

Surgical:
Prepare pt. for any surgical or invasive procedures (NPO, pre op meds, gown, enema, IV cannula and consent)
Receive post -op pts from OT and provide necessary needs as per case to case basis.
Monitor and document I &O.

Job Description:

• Dermatology Nurse

Receive the patient(Open file/Follow-Up) and prepare the necessary things needed.
Identify the patient properly and usher to treatment room.
Assist the doctor in his/her needs.
In patients with procedures prepare all medicines and equipment needed.
Proper and confidential documentation.
Assist the patient and the doctor in various procedures like botox, fillers, meso treatments, lipo suctions and treatments, whitening and peeling treatments and etc.
Make sure the room is tidy and the equipment is clean and complete.

• Operating Room
Proper identification of patient is needed.
Make sure consent is signed.
Get the vital signs and measurements of patient.
Let the patient change to proper gown.
Prepare the instruments and other things needed.
Proper documentation should be done with patient’s consent
(pictures and etc.)
Assist the doctor throughout the procedure.
Maintain the sterile techniques always.
Make sure instruments are complete before and after the procedure.
Give post-op teachings.




• Medical

Receive the patient, get and record the vital signs.
Usher the patient to physician’s office.
Assist he needs for physical examination ( pen light, otoscope, stetoscope, BP apparatus, tuning fork, reflex hammer, neurofissuemeter and etc.)
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
Assist in blood extractions and other specimen collections.
Insert cannula and proper administration of drugs.
Make sure the results are in.
Assist the patient in all procedures like ECG, UTZ, X-Ray, Bone densimetry scan, stress test, and fat impedance.
Usher he patient to the reception for payment and future appointments.
Do the home visit.

Helping clients online banking and making accounts online.
Walking through the stocks and equities.
Monitor he sales of stocks in different stock exchanges like DowJones, NYSE.
Give details and answer questions regarding status of stock or regarding options.
Help clients regarding online money transfers and changing status or passwords on he account.

Assists customers in concerns regarding the products, equipment, or the company.
Make sure he concerns have been given solutions or been taken cared of.
Avoid saying idle in calls.
Manage AHT (Average Handling Time)
Be sure in divulging informations to the customers without staining the image of the company.
Listen carefully and maintain professionalism in all the calls.
Be kind and respectful to colleagues.

• Admitting Nurse
Assist patients for NST / CST, Ultrasound, V/S or out-patients for OR.
Assist patients for admission and in IV line insertions
Gather relevant data for documentation.

• Recovery Room Nurse
Received patients for OR (scheduled or emergency)
Perform proper documentations for OR
Prepare patients for OR (Perioperative Nursing)
Receive post-op patients.
Endorse patients to floor nurses.

• Scrub Nurse
In-charge of surgical instruments. (preparation, completeness).
Assists the physician in OR procedures.
Proper OR documentations
Complete endorsement to Recovery Room Nurse.

• Surgical Nurse
Check the instruments.
Check the status of patient, and the whereabouts of the surgeon and anaesthesiologist.
Assist in the needs of Scrub nurse and the surgeon and anaesthesiologist.
Make sure the completeness of instruments before, during and after the procedures.
If C/S, proper documentation and assist the newborn, and endorse to Nursery Nurse.
In- charge of specimens. (histopath, frozen section or etc.)
In- charge of the refill and the needed instruments for the scheduled or upcoming operations.

• Labour Room Nurse
Assist the patient in labour. (Medicines, NST, V/S and other needs)
Prepare patient in delivery.
Assist patient in delivery.

• Ultrasound Assistant
Prepare patient for UTZ. (Positioning, other needs)
Release the results and give further instructions.

• Endoscopy Nurse
Prepares and assist patients for the procedure.
Insert IV line.
Position the patient depends upon the procedure.
Make sure the instrument is ready.
